There being no objection, it was so ordered. **The presence of Representatives Brice and Navarre was noted. HB 119 was read the third time. **The presence of Representatives Nicholia and Davies was noted. The question being: "Shall HB 119 pass the House?" Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Kubina later gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on HB 119, and it was taken up then.
